ARM & LEG PAIN

Many patients with chronic degenerative spinal conditions and/or a history develop nerve complications that involve leg pain, commonly known as sciatica. This can also occur in the neck when arm numbness and/or pain develops.  The most common cause are bulging discs and arthritic bone spurs that form on the vertebrae.  Many patients develop a combination of spinal and myofascial adhesions that exacerbate inflammation.  Diagnosing neurological symptoms involves a comprehensive examination that includes X-rays, MRIs, biomechanical analysis, and sometimes specific nerve testing by a neurologist.   Dr. Sinberg will guide the process from patient examination, to reviewing and ordering your imaging studies, to conservative treatment approaches.  Manual therapies and can also be extremely effective in helping patients suffering from these conditions
