After having been a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing a mindful approach to massage for over 10 years, it’s not uncommon for clients to say that Audra’s work is the best they have ever experienced. She specializes in deep tissue, specific injury, prenatal, whiplash, and myofascial techniques along with sports massage. Audra has also been trained in SourcePoint Therapy, and she uses this unique expertise in her massage therapy and offers sessions in Source Point Therapy as well. SourcePoint Therapy ® is a simple, non-invasive energetic approach to healing, and works with points in the human energy field that connect to the universal blueprint of health that contains the order, balance, harmony and flow necessary to sustain life. Audra believes that everyone has the ability to rejuvenate themselves, and she feels grateful to help facilitate the healing process through massage.
Prior to her massage career, Audra began her study of the body by teaching dance in a variety of venues in New Mexico and New York—from co-directing a dance company of individuals with disabilities to outreach in creative movement and modern dance for children and adults. Audra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz (1999), and a massage certificate from New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in Santa Fe (2003).
Her interests include hiking, running, dancing, strength training, probiotic nutrition and baking banana bread with her two children.
